• Samir Nasri and Hatem Ben Arfa to face disciplinary body
• Didier Deschamps to decide before week's end on top post

The French Football Federation has opened disciplinary proceedings against Samir Nasri, Hatem Ben Arfa, Jérémy Ménez and Yann M'Vila for indiscipline at Euro 2012.

The federation also said that Didier Deschamps, who has just left his job at Marseille, had asked for more time to think about taking over from Laurent Blanc as the France coach.

Deschamps has until the end of the week to make his decision, said the FFF president, Noël Le Graët.

"Hatem Ben Arfa, Yann M'Vila, Samir Nasri and Jérémy Ménez are summoned to appear before the disciplinary committee," Le Graët said.

Nasri insulted a reporter after France's 2-0 quarter-final defeat by the eventual champions, Spain, while Ménez insulted the team captain, Hugo Lloris.

Ben Arfa was involved in a dressing-room argument with Blanc, and M'Vila did not shake the coach's hand when he was replaced by Olivier Giroud against Spain.

Blanc declined to renew his contract following the team's exit.

Le Graët said the bonus money due to Nasri, Ménez, M'vila and Ben Arfa for reaching the last eight in Poland and Ukraine has been "frozen". Read More
