Arabian Company for Trading, a major leader in the field of glass accessories and automatic doors is currently expanding its operations in Egypt and is currently opening the following vacancies:
This is not an easy task. Being a member of the business development team, your mission is classified into 3 three main activities of equal importance:
• Generating new leads through phone calls.
• Confirming sales staff's appointments based on their weekly report.
• Updating the database, a mission that involves a detailed follow-up with the sales steam on their daily visits and different accounts.
• Updating, monitoring, follow-up and controlling the daily sales activities/each account in order to:
o Make sure that each account is fully accessed and controlled by its salesman.
o Declare any derelictions by any salesman towards regular promises, actions, or requests carried by customers.
o Provide top management with latest update about each customer through direct database access and without contacting any staff.
• Working on increasing the sales team productivity through making sure that the weekly visits report submitted by each sales man is pre-confirmed through phone calls to take appointments and meetings confirmation and make sure that all planned visits are not missed or at least substituted with other valid appoints.
• Generate leads through initiating new accounts (Consulting firms, Contractors), search for contacts inside each account and call/coordinate them through phone calls.
• Follow-up all sales team current/existing customers aiming to increase their sales figures.
• Initiate efforts to support the sales team in selling MAB and DORMA products through contacting main contact persons in case of products' promotions, exhibitions' invitations, messaging.
• Act as a customer care agent to inform customers' complaints and inquires.
• Coordinate among sales, marketing, business development staff and other departments in the company such as RFP follow-up, etc…
• Age: 25-30 years.
• Educations: Bachelor degree of business administration.
• Minimum of 2 years as indoor sales or telesales.
• Must be Cairo resident: Heliopolis, Nasr City is preferred.
• Excellent English language.
• Excellent communication, quantitative and problem solving skill.
• Capable to work under pressure and for long hours.
