• M'Vila a doubt against England despite 'spectacular recovery'
• Fellow midfielder Blaise Matuidi likely to be fit for game
The France midfielder Yann M'Vila is unlikely to be fit to face England on Monday 11 June despite making a "spectacular recovery" from his ankle injury.
The French team doctor, Fabrice Bryand, said he was not optimistic of the Rennes midfielder being able to play against Roy Hodgson's side in France's opening game of the tournament.
There was, however, better news regarding Blaise Matuidi, who can also play as a defensive midfielder, with the Paris St-Germain player's thigh injury on the mend.
Patrice Evra, Karim Benzema, Lassana Diarra and Steve Mandanda all expected to return to full training on Friday. Read More
